Directorate General Nursing Services Punjab announced the Lady Health Visitor LHV Course Admission 2025-27. Applicants must apply online at official webite http://nursing.phf.gop.pk. 11 Public Health Nursing Schools announced 02 years Lady Health Visitors Course for the males and females of Punjab. Females will be selected for this admission course on merit and according to the rules of the Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department.

Lady Health Visitor Admission 2025-2027 application form is available at the PHF official website portal. The male and female candidates must apply online before the last date of application submission. Eligible candidates will be selected according to the required eligibility criteria.

Eligibility Criteria for Govt of Punjab LHV Admission 2025

Matric Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology as compulsory subjects).
FSc (Pre-Medical) with 50% marks from any recognized Board.
Applying applicants must have valid CNIC/ B-Form.
Applicants must be the residents of Punjab.
Hafiz-e-Quran must have certificat from the registered institution.
Required Medical Fitness certifciates from any Medical officer.
Minimum age limit is up to 35 years which will be measured till last date of application.

Criteria for Determining Merit for Govt LHV Course 2025

Merit will be determined on the basis of marks of FSc(Pre-Medical).
In case of two or more candidates have equla marks in FSc(Premedial) then the merit will be determined on the basis of obtained marks in Matric with science.
In case two or more candidates have equal marks in FSc 9Premedical) as well as in Matric science then merit list will be determined on the basis of seniority with respect of upper age of the candidates.
In case of all marks/parameters given above are equal then case will be desided by the SHC&ME Department.

Interested females can register themselves on the government of Punjab’s official portal https://nursing.phf.gop.pk/ to apply online.
First candidates must do registration on this portal by entering their essential information.
Log in to the portal with a username and password to get an online application form to fill out.
Selected candidates will be offered a stipend according to the Government Policy.
Hostel facilities will be given to the selected candidates.
Applications received directly will not be entertained.
The list of selected females will be uploaded to the PHF web portal.
