The Govt of Punjab announced an educational scholarship program for talented and needy students. The undermentioned students are eligible to apply for the PEEF Special Quota Scholarship 2023-24;
- Male and female students who got 60% marks in their Matric and Intermediate annual examination for the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education(BISE) or from the Federal Board of Intermediate and Seondary Education are eligible to apply for PEEF Scholarship.
- Male and Female students who passed their education from the Federal Government and registered private institutes in the area of Punjab province are eligible to apply for this scheme.
- Those students who got admission in Intermediate and Graduation 2023 in Government and registered private institutes are eligible to apply for this Scholarship scheme.
- Those students whose parents’ monthly income is 60000 or less may apply for this scholarship.
- Children of Government employees of grades 1 to 4 are eligible to apply on the application form.
- The Children of civilians martyred in terrorist attacks.
- Students belonging to a minority religion are eligible.
- Orphan students are also eligible to apply.
- Disabled students may also be eligible to apply.

- Students who passed their examination from the TEVTA platform are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.
